Yacht Trainees is the part of Yacht that focuses on young, driven talent. With our traineeships in various fields, we work with you to ensure that you are ready for the future. Through Yacht Trainees you will work in a period of three years at – on average three – different organizations. In addition, you will be actively coached and guided in our soft-skills-focused development program of Ken&Ben. If you have a passion for the public sector and (now) don`t have the ambition to work for a law firm, then you`ve come to the right place. In three years, you will go from beginner to professional. During the internship, you will gain work experience in various organisations such as one of the ministries, a municipality and/or the tax authorities. Thanks to the “Legal Job Hopping” and the changing environment, you will have a good idea of who you are, your qualities and the type of organization and role that suits you best!
